The squad managed by South African Rolando Mokoena aims to secure a victory in today’s match, which will be held at the Nyayo National Stadium in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, to start the tournament on a strong note.
Algerian international referee Mohamed Rafiq will officiate the Pyramids vs. Gor Mahia match, assisted by his compatriots Yassine Ben Slimane as the first assistant, Mohamed Hamidi as the second assistant, and Hicham Ben Yahia as the fourth official.

The return leg between Pyramids and Gor Mahia will be held at 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 13, at the Air Defense Stadium in Cairo, according to the schedule set by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
