A source at Zamalek Club revealed to Laila Koura that the White Castle has entered into talks with the Saudi Federation to hold a friendly match between the two teams.

He continued: "Early next August is the preliminary date for holding the match as part of the preparations of the two teams for the start of the new season's competitions".
He added: "If a final agreement is reached regarding holding the match, Zamalek will receive a good financial return in exchange for playing the match".
The White Knight had won the Egyptian Premier League title last season, for the 15th time in the club's history, but lost the African Confederation final to the Algerian capital's Union, on penalties.
In contrast, Al-Ittihad finished fifth in the Saudi League standings with 55 points.
