Talaat, the former technical director of Al-Ittihad Alexandria, commented on the crisis currently being raised within the board of directors of Zamalek Club regarding the football company, amid the dispute linked to offering shares for investment and determining the White Castle's percentage compared to potential investors.
And Talaat Youssef said in statements via "On Sport" channel: "This file is extremely sensitive and also private, and very thorny; the board of directors of Zamalek Club is in an unenviable position, so (either you solve it or leave it for someone else to solve)".
He continued: "For Zamalek to solve its crises, it must pay the debts, which I believe have reached 1.8 billion pounds; this is an astronomical figure. If the board has solutions to pay the debts, lift the registration ban, and support the team with new players in different positions, if it has solutions for these matters, then it should not establish a football company at all".
He added: " If the board of directors has its own solutions regarding paying the debts and freeing the team in the coming period, it must set all its conditions regarding the football company file, but if it does not have a solution (then your brother is forced, not a hero) it will be forced".
He pointed out: "Among the things I heard, the new technical director set a condition to guarantee his rights, which is depositing his salary for 6 months in his bank account; this means the club's reputation has reached him. Does the administration imagine that its success is linked to the coach receiving his salary for six months?! Has the administration not thought about the players' dues and the rest of the technical and administrative staff members?".
He stressed: "Zamalek Club is not just a technical director, but a system that needs financial stability to be provided for it, and the players before the coach. If you are thinking of not causing the coach any crisis due to the delay of his salary so he files a complaint against you, therefore you secure his salary—no, the players' salaries before the technical director for sure".
He concluded: "If you create stability within the football team, and the players receive their delayed dues and contract advances, you would have solved 60 or 70% of the problem, because you can handle the coach, since it is possible that at some point someone will take care of paying his salary and end the matter, but when we talk about 25 or 30 players with varying contracts, the matter is big".
