A source in Zamalek Club revealed urgent demands from members of the General Assembly, which were presented during the last session with a number of club figures, to discuss the file of establishing the football company.
The source said, in statements to "Yalla Koura", that the members of the General Assembly demanded holding the General Assembly on Friday, instead of holding it midweek, to allow the largest possible participation from the members.
The source added that the members also stressed the necessity of presenting the proposed percentages for the football company for direct voting on a "yes" or "no" basis, explaining that the proposal stipulates allocating 60% to investors in exchange for 40% to Zamalek Club.
The source indicated that among the demands also presented is imposing a financial fine on General Assembly members who are absent from attending the meeting, in order to ensure greater participation in making the relevant decisions.
Disbursing the dues ends Zamalek's preparation crisis for the new season
In a separate context, resolving the crisis of disbursing the delayed financial dues to the first-team players of Zamalek Club lifted the curtain on the start date of the preparation period for the new season.
A source at Zamalek Club confirmed earlier that the White administration will disburse a payment of the delayed financial dues at the beginning of next week, after which the team will begin its preparations for the new season.
The source indicated that disputes between some players and the football administration due to the disbursement of the delayed financial dues led to the failure to start training related to preparation for the new season on time.
