Jaissle will sign a 4-year contract with Newcastle to begin leading the team in preparation for the start of the new season.
The 38-year-old Jaissle won the AFC Champions League twice with Al Ahli Jeddah.
Jaissle led Al Ahli Jeddah in 138 matches over 3 seasons.
The German coach achieved victory in 83 matches, drew 21, while losing 25 matches.
The Saudi Public Investment Fund owns Al Ahli Jeddah Saudi and Newcastle.
Jaissle joined Al Ahli Jeddah in 2023 to lead them to the AFC Champions League twice in a row in 2025 and 2026.
