Shahab El-Din Abdel Raouf, a member of Egypt's freestyle wrestling team, has won a new medal for the Egyptian delegation at the Mediterranean Games.
Shahab El-Din Abdel Raouf claimed the bronze medal in the 65 kg category at the Mediterranean Games.
Abdel Raouf secured third place by defeating Syria's Ahmed Dirki with a score of 5-3 in the bronze medal match.

With this medal, Egypt's total tally at the Mediterranean Games rose to 10 medals: 3 gold, 2 silver, and 5 bronze.
The 20th edition of the Mediterranean Games is being held in Taranto, Italy, and will continue until September 3, featuring 3,803 athletes representing 26 countries.
The Egyptian delegation is participating in 23 sports, with ambitions to continue winning medals and achieving strong results in upcoming competitions.
