Al-Hilal secured a new victory in the Saudi Professional League, defeating their hosts Al-Fayha 3-0.
Al-Hilal beat Al-Fayha on Thursday evening in the second round of the competition, continuing their strong start and taking another step closer to equalling their longest unbeaten run in league history.
Al-Hilal's three goals were scored by Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Sultan Mandash, and Nasser Al-Dawsari in the 31st, 46th, and 88th minutes.
Meanwhile, Cresencio Samper missed a penalty in the 81st minute, shooting the ball over the crossbar.

Al-Hilal raised their points total to 6 after securing their second consecutive win, following their 4-2 victory over Al-Fayha in the first round, maintaining their top position in the league table with a perfect record.
With this win, Al-Hilal reached 44 consecutive matches without a defeat in the Saudi Professional League, a streak that began after their 3-1 loss to Al-Nassr on April 4, 2025.
Al-Hilal needs to avoid defeat in their next two matches against Al-Khaleej and Al-Ahli to equal their longest unbeaten run in league history, which stood at 46 consecutive matches between May 2023 and November 2024.
Al-Hilal is now just seven matches away from equalling the record for the longest unbeaten run in the history of the Professional League, held by Al-Ahli, who went 51 consecutive matches without a defeat between 2014 and 2016.
On the other hand, Al-Fayha continued their shaky start after suffering their second consecutive defeat, following their 1-2 loss to Neom in the first round, leaving them without points in last place.
