Press reports revealed that Saudi club Al-Qadsiah submitted an offer to sign the first-team football player at Manchester City club during the ongoing summer transfer window.

According to trusted Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, who specializes in transfer news, Al-Qadsiah Saudi club has opened negotiations with Manchester City to sign Tijjani Reijnders.
He reported that the administrations of both clubs agreed the deal would be worth £60 million, pending the Dutch player's approval to move to the Saudi side.
Romano also revealed that the player has significant interest from Nottingham Forest, and it remains for the player to decide his future.
