Smouha's first football team will visit Al-Ahly this Thursday evening as part of the 2026-2027 Egyptian Premier League season.
Al-Ahly will host Smouha at 8:00 PM today, Thursday, at Cairo International Stadium, in the third round of the Egyptian Premier League competition.
Led by Ahmed Abdelaziz, Smouha enters the match armed with new signings secured during the summer transfer window, aiming to achieve a positive result against Al-Ahly and halt their league momentum.
Smouha strengthened its squad with 12 new signings during the summer market, contracting Chekoudi, Abd El-Ghani Mohamed, Omar Mohsen, Ahmed El-Nadry, Mohamed Desouki, and Mohamed Abd El-Samie.
The club also completed deals with Ahmed Abd El-Rasoul, Ahmed Mehoueb, Ahmed Haidar, Mohamed Farouk, Marwan Hamdi, and Clement, completing the team's transfer list in preparation for the new season.
Smouha began its Egyptian Premier League campaign with a 1-0 loss to Al-Masry Port Said, followed by a goalless draw against Petrojet Assiut in the second round, earning one point from their first two matches.
