Saad Samir, the football manager of Ceramica Cleopatra Club, confirmed that he left Al Ahly through the main door after 14 years during which he achieved many titles he had never dreamed of, noting that he spent half his life at the club and lived the best moments of his life after playing with the golden generation.
He added in a television interview on the program "Al Kora with Faik": "The moment I left Al Ahly was difficult, but I wasn't seeing what was happening behind me at the time. I agree with Captain Sid Abdelhafez that the day Afsha leaves, I will stand behind him and laugh."
He continued: "Trizigah's return to Al Ahly stemmed from his love for the club, and he sacrificed a lot to come back. I spoke with him before his return, and he felt he needed to make history with Al Ahly, as he left the club as a youth and spent about 12 years abroad. He wished for the Al Ahly fans to have beautiful memories associated with him."
He went on: "In my opinion, he played his role and was the top scorer for Al Ahly in the league and African competitions. There was no luck for Al Ahly last season, but he tried, fought, and struggled. Trizigah is like a brother to me; on both a human and technical level, he is a star of the Egyptian national team."
He added: "At the end of the season, when Trizigah felt that Al Ahly was heading towards reducing the salary cap, he saw that it was in the interest of both parties to leave, even if it meant doing himself a disservice. (I knew he had given up a lot because he loves Al Ahly)."

He continued: "Trizigah gave up on his dues and large sums of money, which shows his character. Even after he left, we spoke recently, and he told me that the most important thing to him is the Al Ahly fans and that his relationship with them remains."
He concluded his statements: "Trizigah loves Al Ahly, and his only concern is that the Al Ahly fans see him in a beautiful light and that he is one of the club's loyal sons."
