Kessié left Al-Ahli Jeddah on a free transfer after his contract expired.

Romano stated on his X page: "Juventus is holding intensive talks with Franck Kessié to sign him for the team as soon as possible."

He revealed that "Kessié received two offers to move to Saudi Arabia, including one from Al-Ittihad Jeddah, which is seeking a response."

Kessié had joined Al-Ahli Jeddah in August 2023, coming from Spanish club Barcelona, under a contract extending until summer 2026.

With Al-Ahli Jeddah, Kessié won two consecutive Elite AFC Champions League titles.

Last season, Kessié played 42 matches for Al-Ahli Jeddah, scoring 12 goals and providing 6 assists.

Juventus is seeking to compensate for the departure of Fabio Miretti to Beşiktaş and Arthur Melo, whose contract was terminated by mutual agreement between both parties.
