Zamalek is scheduled to begin its new season campaign by facing Al-Ittihad of Alexandria in the first round of the Egyptian League on August 21.
According to the Saudi newspaper "Al-Wiam": "Some sources confirmed that Al-Fateh Club is interested in signing Egyptian Zamalek player Ahmed Fattouh for the next season after he performed impressively with his club."
The newspaper noted that the Egyptian Zamalek administration has a strong desire for Ahmed Fattouh to remain with the team, not to leave, and to renew his contract due to his technical importance.
