Media reports revealed today the latest developments regarding Mohamed Salah's negotiations with Beşiktaş club, and the reasons for the delay in the Egyptian international's official transfer to the Turkish team until now.
Beşiktaş wants to sign Mohamed Salah as a free agent, after the Egyptian international's contract with Liverpool ended at the end of last June.
Rami Abbas, Mohamed Salah's agent, was in Istanbul during the past period to negotiate with the Beşiktaş administration regarding the 34-year-old.

Turkish journalist "Ogun Shahin Oglu" stated that Beşiktaş reached an agreement with Mohamed Salah to sign him on a two-year contract, with a net salary estimated at around 12 million euros per year.
Oglu added that what delayed the deal was Rami Abbas's demand for an additional commission ranging between 5 to 6 million euros.
He confirmed that the Beşiktaş administration does not want to change the current terms and asked Mohamed Salah to withdraw his additional demands in the deal, while direct talks will be held with the Egyptian international to reach a solution.
Beşiktaş president Serdal Adli had confirmed Mohamed Salah's approval to join his team, explaining that Rami Abbas's conditions for receiving a high commission are delaying the completion of the deal (Details from here).
