Nicolo Schira, the journalist specializing in transfer market news, revealed that Torres agreed with Paris on a contract until 2031.
According to the report, the Parisian club is preparing to submit the first official offer to Barcelona to sign the Spanish striker, who has become open to leaving the Catalan team.
The report indicated that Torres also received interest from two clubs in the English Premier League, but he preferred to move to Paris Saint-Germain, making the French club his preferred destination.
Negotiations between the two clubs are expected to begin in the coming days, in an attempt to conclude the deal before the start of the new season.
Torres played 207 matches with Barcelona, scoring 65 goals and providing 23 assists.
