Real Madrid holds a presentation ceremony for Cucurella

Real Madrid Club held the official welcome ceremony for its new defender Marc Cucurella this Monday at the Ciudad Real Madrid, attended by club president Florentino Pérez alongside honorary president José Martínez "Piri".

Pérez received the Spanish player in the Boardroom, where Cucurella signed his new contract with Real Madrid, binding him to the club for six seasons until June 30, 2032, following his acquisition from Chelsea during the summer transfer window.

Following the contract signing, Real Madrid presented the player with a replica of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, a wristwatch, and his new jersey bearing his name and the number 17, which he will wear during the 2026-2027 season.

Cucurella's presentation comes after he had already appeared in a Real Madrid jersey, making his debut with the team during the match against Schalke, before making his official La Liga debut, gradually regaining his match rhythm with his new team.

It is worth noting that Cucurella is one of six players signed by Real Madrid this summer, alongside Ibrahima Konaté, Denzel Dumfries, Bernardo Silva, Carlos Espejo, and Yan Diomande.
