Real Madrid announced reaching an agreement with Real Betis stipulating the transfer of left-back Fran Garcia during the current summer transfer window.

The royal club said in an official statement: "It extends thanks to Fran Garcia for everything he presented wearing the Real Madrid shirt, praising his professionalism and commitment throughout his time with the team".
Real Madrid clarified "that Garcia joined the club in 2013, when he was 14 years old, within the youth team, before ascending to the first team in 2023".
The player played 110 matches with Real Madrid over three seasons, during which he won five titles: the Champions League, the Club World Cup, the European Super Cup, the Spanish League, and the Spanish Super Cup.
Real Madrid concluded its statement wishing success to Fran Garcia and his family in the new stage of his career, affirming that the club will always be his home.
Real Betis managed to qualify for the Champions League next season, so the Andalusian team is working on developing the team's system in order to be able to compete in the continental championship along with the Spanish League.
The 26-year-old had played 109 matches wearing the first team's shirt for Real Madrid in various competitions, during which he scored 3 goals and provided 12 decisive passes, during his second period with the royal club which extended for three consecutive seasons.
