Pyramids Club announced the strengthening of the first team's ranks by signing Eyad Al-Asqalani during the ongoing summer transfer window.
The sky-blue club seeks to bolster the team's ranks with the best players and elements in all positions in preparation for the new season, amid numerous domestic and continental commitments.
Pyramids signs Eyad Al-Asqalani
Pyramids Club officially announced its signing of defender Eyad Al-Asqalani to bolster the defensive line, whether at center-back or left-back, in the upcoming period, arriving from Russian club Rostov.
The sky-blue club posted a video on its official "X" account with the phrase: "All roads led here, Eyad Al-Asqalani at Pyramids, from where he started.. to where he should be."
It is worth noting that Eyad Al-Asqalani, born on January 24, 2004, is 21 years old and is considered one of the top defenders despite his young age.
Al-Asqalani began his football career with Ismaily Club and moved to Russian club Rostov two seasons ago before settling at Pyramids Club.
Al-Asqalani progressed through Egypt's youth and junior national teams over the past years, as well as the Egyptian Olympic team, and was one of the key elements for the young Pharaohs.
Pyramids, led by its South African coach Rulani Mokwena, is preparing to compete in all tournaments in the upcoming 2026/2027 season, especially the Premier League and the CAF Champions League, in addition to the Egypt Cup.
