The management of Pyramids FC has decided to honor the late Hisham Zaid, the club's matches director, who passed away in recent days following a sudden health crisis.
The club decided to honor the deceased before the kickoff of the match against Abu Qir Fertilizers, scheduled for 8:00 PM today in the Premier League at the Air Defense Stadium, by wearing jerseys bearing the inscription "Major General Hisham Zaid, we will not forget you," in appreciation of his contributions to Pyramids FC during his years of service.
Additionally, players from both teams will observe a minute of silence and mourning for the soul of Major General Hisham Zaid prior to the match, following coordination with the Egyptian Professional Clubs League.
Rulani Mokwena, Pyramids' head coach, announced the team squad for the match against Abu Qir Fertilizers in the second round of the Egyptian Premier League.
The two teams will meet tomorrow, Thursday, at the Air Defense Stadium, Pyramids' home ground, at 8:00 PM.
