Hani Saeed: Pyramids to face Turkish Alanyaspor in friendly .. Wednesday
Hani Saeed, the sports director of Pyramids Club, revealed that the team will play a second friendly match during the preparatory camp currently underway in Turkey.
Pyramids are based in the city of Erzurum for a pre-season training camp that will continue until August 9.
Hani Saeed clarified that Pyramids will face Turkish side Alanyaspor in a friendly match at 5 p.m. on Wednesday at the pitches in Erzurum, where the team is holding its camp.
He noted that this match will be the second during the preparation camp as part of four friendly matches that have been agreed upon, starting with Iranian side Persepolis followed by Turkish Alanyaspor.
He added that the remaining matches will be announced successively.
Meanwhile, Pyramids continued their intense training sessions at the preparatory camp currently underway in Turkey.
The team held a strong morning training session at the camp that included physical drills as well as tactical work and execution of some patterns and ideas from the new technical staff led by South African coach Rulani Mokwena.
