Hamdi Marzouk, president of Al-Sharqia Club, clarified the details of the merger with Enppi Club.
Al-Sharqia Club signed a merger agreement with Enppi Club this Monday evening.
Hamdi Marzouk said in exclusive statements via Yalla Koura: "We signed a cooperation protocol with Enppi Club, which includes the merger of the two clubs, and a football company will be established."
He added: "Enppi will have a 51% stake, and Al-Sharqia 49%, and the company will be named Al-Sharqia Enppi."
He concluded: "The team's matches will be held at the University Stadium or Zagazig Stadium in the Premier League."
Enppi and Petrojet participate in the Egyptian Premier League in the next season.
It is expected that the Egyptian Clubs Association will announce the start date of the new season of the Egyptian League.
