Anis Ben Mim, the agent of the Tunisian Ahmed Al-Jafali, winger of Zamalek Club, confirmed that the player is currently in Tunisia due to the expiration of his passport's validity, noting that it is currently being renewed in preparation for his travel to Egypt.
The Tunisian player had joined the White Castle in January 2025, coming from the Monastir Union.

Ben Mim said in exclusive statements to Laila Koura: "It is expected that Al-Jafali will travel to Egypt in the coming days, as soon as the passport renewal procedures are completed, in order to join Zamalek's camp".
He added: "Zamalek is in constant contact with us, and is waiting for the player to complete the passport renewal procedures so that he can travel and join the team's camp".
He concluded: "There are no problems between the player and Zamalek Club; he is only waiting for the renewal of his passport procedures".
The Tunisian winger played 3 matches with the White Knight before leaving at the beginning of last season on loan to Saudi club Abha.
Ahmed Al-Jafali holds a contract with Zamalek Club until June 2025.
