El Sekka El Hadid Club had confirmed in an official statement that the acceptance of Rabie Yassin's resignation came after a meeting of the board of directors with the committee supervising the football sector.

According to the club's statement, the acceptance of Rabie Yassin's resignation came due to his insistence on appointing his son Omar Rabie Yassin to the position of director of contracts, which does not align with the administrative policy and regulations governing work within the club.
Omar Rabie Yassin responded to El Sekka El Hadid Club with a fiery statement in which he revealed the facts.

In light of the statement issued by El Sekka El Hadid Club regarding the acceptance of Captain Rabie Yassin's resignation, and its reference to the reason for the resignation being the rejection of my presence in the position of director of contracts, I believe it is my duty to clarify the full truth to the public.
First, Captain Ibrahim Nour El-Din was the first to contact me regarding the formation of the technical staff, and before any official decision was issued appointing me, he was sending me names of players to contact for joining El Sekka El Hadid Club, as well as sending me the numbers of players' agents to negotiate with them.
Nevertheless, I refused to undertake any official work before the issuance of my appointment decision in a legal manner, which did indeed happen, as I was appointed as director of contracts at El Sekka El Hadid Club effective from 20-6, based on an official memorandum prepared and sent to the football director.
Since that date, I began performing my duties officially and indeed received my full salary for the past month of June, and any player or players' agent who contacted the football director was directed to contact me as the director of contracts.
However, with the start of work, many issues emerged that hindered the success of the system, as there were contracts being made without the knowledge of the technical staff or the director of contracts, and some players were being imposed on the technical staff despite no technical need for them.
As the preparation of the first squad for the team approached, my goal was to contract with the best elements available in the professional league to compete for promotion, and we succeeded in finalizing agreements with a large number of distinguished players, most of them without transfer fees.
In contrast, I was surprised by the football director contracting with players, one from third-division clubs, and the other a player born in 2007 who was playing in lower divisions in the UAE, with contracts approaching one million pounds.
Despite their technical capabilities, from the technical staff's perspective, not even qualifying them to be in the starting lineup, in addition to pressures on Captain Rabie Yassin to retain a number of veteran players, despite some of them lacking the qualifications that would help the team achieve the promotion goal.
There was a continuous state of tug-of-war regarding the type of players the team needed from a technical standpoint, which complicated matters and hindered work.
Moreover, when Captain Rabie Yassin decided to dispense with some players to focus on the group he relied on, he was asked to keep them in training only, until they were marketed or transferred to other clubs.
Before the first friendly match, and before approving the first squad, Captain Rabie Yassin was surprised by a meeting held with Dr. Sayed Issa and Mr. Ibrahim Nour El-Din, and he was asked to register five players whose continuation he had rejected due to no technical need for them.
When Captain Rabie insisted on his technical opinion, he was told that my continuation in the position of director of contracts would be difficult if he maintained his stance, and he was asked to think about it until the evening of the same day.
After insisting on his position, Captain Rabie Yassin decided to submit his resignation directly.
The next day, we were surprised to find all the players rejected by Captain Rabie Yassin present in the team's training, based on the football director's desire.
