Kamal Abdel Wahed, father of Al Ahly club player Omar Kamal Abdel Wahed, revealed his son's stance on continuing with the Red Castle during the new season.
Al Ahly is currently organizing a strong and important preparatory camp to compete in the new season's matches and participate in the Egyptian League and Confederation Cup.
Kamal Abdel Wahed said on On Sport FM radio: "Omar informed me that Wael Gomaa returned him to the team group to begin the preparation period".

He added: "We are at the disposal of Al Ahly Club, and we did not object whether Omar continues with the team or leaves on loan".
Regarding the behind-the-scenes of the player's training under Hussein Ammouta, he explained: "Omar Kamal is currently training with Ammouta, and described him as a coach who possesses a strong personality".
