Mohamed Salem Ekbad had announced his departure from the Mauritanian club Enzidan after the end of his journey with the team, without revealing his next destination, contenting himself with directing a message of thanks to the club's management, the technical staff, and his teammates.

The Mauritanian striker had joined the Adrar Foxes at the beginning of last season coming from a professional experience with the Ugandan team Vipers, and presented a distinguished season during which he contributed to Enzidan occupying the runner-up position in the national league, after scoring 22 goals.
Ghazl El Mahalla signed this summer with each of Abdelrahman Sheika, Mohamed Koko, and Mohamed Reda Bobo.
The farmers occupied the sixth place in the relegation group standings table last season in the Egyptian Premier League with 38 points.
