Olivier Pantaloni, the coach of Nice, spoke after the 1-1 draw with Le Mans in the third round of the French football league.

Pantaloni continued to rely primarily on Mohamed Abdelmonem, who helped his team secure a single point, their first of the season.

When asked in statements published on the club's official website about scoring the team's first official goal this season, Pantaloni shared his views on the positive and negative aspects within the squad.

Pantaloni said: "I will try to maintain a positive outlook; among the players who started tonight's match, only two have completed a full season last year."

He added: "Mohamed Abdelmonem and the defensive duo of Youssef Ndayishimiye and Junior Mandza form a somewhat new trio in defense, as Abdelmonem and Ndayishimiye have rarely participated, just like Junior."

He continued: "We need to build harmony and understanding on the field. We work seriously every day, and the players are fully committed; there are no issues in this regard. The mentality is excellent, and it just requires some time to solidify these bonds, and I hope that happens quickly."
