According to what FilGoal.com learned, Qatari Qatar requested to sign the Palestinian Amid Sawafata and awaits Al-Masry's response.
Sawafata was one of the players who featured with the Palestinian national team during the 2025 Arab Cup.
Sawafata played 12 matches with Al-Masry and scored two goals since joining the team.
Al-Masry signed four new deals during the ongoing summer transfer window, the latest being Mohamed Shukri of Al-Ahly.
Mohamed Shukri became Al-Masry's fourth signing after Yassin Al-Mallah from Farco, Algerian Abdullah Al-Zayani from Hassania Union of Agadir, and Mustafa Al-Ash from Al-Ahly.
