FIFA has announced a two-window transfer ban on Zamalek.

Juan Bezerra

Club: Zamalek

FilGoal.com has learned that the transfer ban was imposed due to the third installment of Juan Bezerra's transfer deal.

Zamalek received a new ruling imposing a two-window transfer ban over the latest installment owed to Ukrainian club Oleksandria concerning Juan Bezerra's transfer, amounting to €200,000.

FIFA had previously removed Oleksandria's two cases from Zamalek's file on August 3.

These two cases pertained to dues owed to the Ukrainian club from Juan Bezerra's transfer to Zamalek.

The Oleksandria cases were the last remaining issues related to Zamalek's African license.

Zamalek had previously announced the resolution of all cases concerning its African license, a matter later confirmed by FIFA.

Currently, the number of active transfer ban cases against Zamalek has been reduced to just three, one of which is a disciplinary ban that cannot be lifted even upon payment; this concerns former player Salah Mosaddek.

Zamalek is preparing to participate in the new 2026/2027 season, during which the White Knights will compete in the Egyptian Premier League, the CAF Champions League, the Egypt Cup, and the Egyptian Super Cup.
