The first round of the Egyptian Premier League concluded last Sunday evening with two matches: Al-Ahly versus Eastern Company ENPPI, and Ceramica Cleopatra versus El Qanah.
FilGoal.com has learned that the Referees Committee, chaired by Essam Abd El-Fatah, will meet tomorrow Tuesday at the headquarters of the Egyptian Football Association to explain and discuss the most prominent refereeing incidents from the first-round matches of the Egyptian Premier League.
The meeting will include a review and discussion of these refereeing incidents with the referees to assess the accuracy of the decisions made during the opening round.
There is also a tendency for Essam Abd El-Fatah to record a video explaining the most controversial incidents from the first round, aiming to clarify the refereeing decisions for the fans.
The Egyptian Premier League kicked off on Friday with a match between ZED FC and Wadi Degla, which ended in a goalless draw.
The first round witnessed 18 goals scored, along with 33 yellow cards and one red card.
The second round of the Premier League will begin on Wednesday with a match between Smouha and Petrojet Assiut.
It is worth noting that Zamalek won the Egyptian Premier League title last season after accumulating 56 points.
