The 39-year-old played 24 matches last season wearing the jersey of Al-Ittihad Al-Sakandari.
During his career, the international goalkeeper played 253 matches, keeping 110 clean sheets in all competitions and conceding 199 goals.
Gensh played for Al-Olympi, Zamalek, Modern Sport, and Al-Ittihad Al-Sakandari.
