Modern Sport and El Gouna waited until the 90+4th minute to score in the first round of the Egyptian Premier League.
El Gouna drew 1-1 with Modern Sport in a match held at Khaled Bishara Stadium.
This marks the third consecutive draw between the two teams in league competition.
The first half ended goalless, featuring an outstanding performance by Modern's goalkeeper Mostafa Makhlouf, who saved a long-range shot from Marwan Mohsen in the 42nd minute.
Makhlouf continued his brilliance, denying El Gouna another chance to take the lead by saving a powerful shot from inside the six-yard box by Salah Zayed.
Following a grave error by an El Gouna defender, Mahmoud Mamdouh broke away and scored Modern's opening goal in the 90+4th minute.
However, Modern's celebrations over securing their first win of the season were short-lived.
Ahmed Zaky equalized for El Gouna with a header in the 90+8th minute, allowing both teams to share the points.
