A free-to-air channel officially announced today, Wednesday, the broadcast of the anticipated Al Ahly and Barcelona match to be held as part of the Joan Gamper Cup friendly tournament in Spain.
Al Ahly is expected to face Barcelona in a friendly during the upcoming period in the Joan Gamper Cup tournament, which the Catalan club organizes every year.

Al Ahly will play against Barcelona on August 19 in the 61st edition of the Joan Gamper Cup, at 9:00 PM Cairo time.
Al Ahly had defeated their Spanish counterpart Badalona 3-0 in the friendly match held this Wednesday evening at Bosc de Tossa Stadium, during their ongoing training camp in Spain until August 20.

ON Sport channels network announced obtaining the rights to broadcast the Al Ahly and Barcelona match as part of the Joan Gamper Cup friendly tournament.
The channel's official Facebook page wrote: "Exclusively in the Middle East and North Africa, the Al Ahly and Barcelona match on ON Sport channels."
It added: "United Sports contracts with Barcelona and obtains the television rights for the Al Ahly and Spanish champions match in the Joan Gamper Cup and broadcasts it on ON Sport channels at 9:00 PM on Wednesday, August 19."
