Exclusive | Zamalek announces its stance on Bentayeg's departure after receiving European offers

Zamalek Club clarified its position regarding the offers submitted for the team's Moroccan player Mahmoud Bentayeg, after the French newspaper "Foot Mercato" revealed the existence of European offers to sign the player.

The French newspaper confirmed that 26-year-old Mahmoud Bentayeg had received several offers from European clubs, particularly from France and Turkey, with Gulf clubs monitoring.

A source from Zamalek Club said in exclusive statements to Batoulat: "There is absolutely no intention to open the door to any offers regarding Mahmoud Bentayeg after the talk of interest from Turkish and French clubs."

He added: "Zamalek's management and technical staff insist on Mahmoud Bentayeg continuing in the next season."

Mahmoud Bentayeg contributed with Zamalek in the past season to winning the Egyptian League title.
