Tottenham opened the scoring in the 17th minute through Sandro Tonali before Chelsea equalized in the 21st minute through Estevao Willian.
In the 90+2 minute, Richarlison scored Tottenham's killer winning goal.
Tottenham played the second half with 10 players after Kevin Danso's red card.
Tottenham is scheduled to continue its friendly matches, playing against Getafe next Saturday, August 8, then facing Hoffenheim on the 15th of the same month.
Chelsea will play against Juventus next Wednesday, then play another friendly match against Milan on August 8.
