The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association, headed by Ahmed Diab, announced the date for holding the draw ceremony for the Egyptian League in the new 2026-2027 season.
The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association decided to hold the draw for the ORA League championship for the 2026-2027 season on Wednesday, August 5 next.
The draw is scheduled to take place at the Goal Project headquarters in Sheikh Zayed City at exactly three o'clock in the afternoon, Cairo time.

Date of the Egyptian League draw for the new season
The official page of the Clubs Association wrote on "Facebook": "It's time for the return of the ORA League, at the Goal Project headquarters in the Sixth of October to hold the draw for the 2026-27 season, we await you on Wednesday, August 5 at three in the afternoon".
The Egyptian League is scheduled to kick off on August 21, with the participation of 20 teams in the next season.
The championship will be held under a single-round system, after which the top 6 teams will compete in a group for the title, while the remaining clubs will fight to avoid relegation.
It is worth noting that the first football team of Zamalek Club won the Egyptian Premier League title last season.
