Yan Diomande, the star of RB Leipzig, has returned to be with his team in the last few hours, amid numerous reports indicating the player's imminent departure from the German club and signing with Real Madrid.
Real Madrid club has approached reaching an agreement with Leipzig, which stipulates signing Diomande during the current summer transfer window.
Diomande's transfer deal to Real Madrid is expected to exceed 115 million euros, with a five-year contract.
Leipzig's official account on the "X" platform published photos of Diomande, who is present inside the club, in order to undergo medical examinations and physical fitness tests, before joining the team's training.
In a related context, Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg stated that Diomande is awaiting the final agreement between Real Madrid and Leipzig regarding the transfer, which is set to be a club-record sale.
He added that Diomande is ready to undergo medical examinations in preparation for his move to Real Madrid, but the Ivorian international has not yet been given the green light to travel to Spain, while the player has agreed personal terms with the Merengues.
