The Egyptian Football Association, headed by Engineer Hani Abu Rida, announced this Tuesday evening the names of the candidates nominated by the clubs for membership on the board of directors of the First Division Clubs Association, in preparation for holding the board elections in the coming days.
The Football Association clarified via its account on the social networking site "Facebook" that the list of candidates included: "Ahmed Diab, Ibrahim Al-Kafrawy, Khaled Refaat, Khaled Shukri, and Mohamed Shaaban Al-Khouly".
The Egyptian Association also extended an invitation to the member clubs to attend the meeting to elect the board of directors of the First Division Clubs Association, scheduled to be held next Monday at 5:00 PM at the National Teams Center.

The Egyptian Football Association had opened the nomination process for the elections of the new board of directors of the Egyptian Professional Clubs Association for the upcoming electoral term, having begun receiving official nomination letters from the clubs starting Saturday, July 18, and ending yesterday, Monday, July 20.
It is worth noting that the board of directors of Al Ahly Club decided to continue nominating Ibrahim Al-Kafrawy as the representative of the Red Castle, while Zamalek Club re-nominated Khaled Refaat.
