The Zamalek vs Zed match will take place next Wednesday at 7:00 PM (or 8:00 PM) as part of the first round of the group stage of the Egypt Capital Cup tournament.

The list of young players accompanying the team in preparation for the Zed match is expected to include 11 players, namely:

Khaled El-Sayed – Defender from the 2007 team.

Mohamed Osama – Defender from the 2007 team.

Moaz Mohamed – Defender from the 2007 team.

Ahmed Lamloom – Defender from the 2009 team.

Ezzat Mohamed – Left-back from the 2009 team.

Omar Yousry – Left-back from the 2007 team.

Ziad Medhat – Midfielder from the 2007 team.

Yassin Mousa – Midfielder from the 2009 team.

Ahmed Hassan – Right winger from the 2007 team.

Yassin Mostafa – Left winger from the 2010 team.

Ahmed Ibrahim – Striker from the 2009 team.

Additionally, the duo Mohamed Wanees, midfielder from the 2007 team, and Hossam Ashour Al-Taqi, winger from the 2007 team, are under consideration by the technical staff, having been with the first team during the past period, and their participation against Zed is expected.

Also present in the team's list are Ahmed Safwat, midfielder from the 2009 team, and Adham Haseeb, striker from the 2009 team, after they were registered with Zamalek in the African list. The duo had been with the Egypt U20 national team in the Friendship Tournament in Switzerland before returning to join the team in preparation for the match.

It is expected that Mohamed Farag, right-back from the 2007 team, will join Zamalek's camp tomorrow, Tuesday, following the end of his participation with the Egypt U18 national team in the North African qualifiers for the Africa Cup of Nations.

Mohamed Farag has not started regularly with the Egyptian national team since the beginning of the tournament, which makes him the most likely candidate to be available for Zamalek in the Zed match.

Also under Zamalek's consideration are the duo Omar Abdel Aziz, goalkeeper from the 2007 team, and Mohamed Hamad, attacking winger from the 2007 team, who were promoted to the first team during the recent period.

The status of this duo regarding participation against Zed will be determined based on their involvement with the Egyptian national team against Algeria, tomorrow, Tuesday, in the North African qualifiers for the Africa Cup of Nations.

In case Omar Abdel Aziz and Mohamed Hamad participate with the Egyptian national team against Algeria, it will be difficult to rely on them in the Zed match, although there is a possibility for Omar Abdel Aziz to be on the bench.

The technical staff is set to decide on including this duo in the team's camp in the New Administrative Capital, in preparation for the big match against Al Ahly.
