Portuguese fitness coach Nuno Costa Ribeiro led this session, which included various physical drills and a light ball-based segment, as part of the planned program aimed at optimally preparing the players physically.
Mohamed Sayed, a Zamalek player, participated in the group training during today's Sunday session, held on the auxiliary field at Air Defense Stadium, as part of preparations for the upcoming match against Abu Qir Fertilizers in the Egyptian Premier League.
This came after confirming the player's readiness to join training sessions, following his recovery from an ankle sprain sustained during the match against Suez Petrojet in the third round of the league, which caused him to miss the first-leg preliminary round match against AS Port, the Djiboutian champions, in the CAF Champions League.
Zamalek had previously won their last match against AS Port of Djibouti by two goals to one, in the first-leg of the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.
