Al-Ahly Club has successfully extended the contract of its goalkeeper, Mostafa Shobeir, officially today, Tuesday, putting an end to the controversy surrounding the goalkeeper's desire to leave.
Mostafa Shobeir had received two European offers during the recent summer transfer window from Danish club Nordsjælland and Italian club Como, but Al-Ahly rejected the goalkeeper's departure.
According to Al-Ahly's official website, Mostafa Shobeir, the first-team football goalkeeper, extended his contract with the club until 2029 following today's training session.
This occurred during a meeting between the player and Dr. Essam Sirag, Head of the Contracts Sector, who completed all administrative and financial procedures in accordance with the club's regulations, in full coordination with Captain Wael Gomaa, the team manager.
Mostafa Shobeir expressed his happiness at extending his contract and continuing his journey with Al-Ahly in the coming years.
It is worth noting that Batoolat had revealed today Al-Ahly's success in extending Mostafa Shobeir's contract , prior to the Red Fortress's official announcement.
