Egyptian international Rami Rabia, a defender for Al Ain's first football team in the UAE, contributed to his team's victory over Al Nassr in the match held this Saturday evening as part of the league championship.
Al Ain defeated their rivals Al Nassr with two goals to one in the match played during the third round of the 2026โ2027 UAE Pro League season.
Al Nassr opened the scoring in the 43rd minute through player Pedia, following a mistake by Rami Rabia, ending the first half with Al Ain trailing by one goal without reply.
In the second half, Al Ain scored the equalizing goal through Rami Rabia in the 57th minute, after he capitalized on a corner kick taken by Kakau, rising to head the ball into Al Nassr's net.

Rami Rabia also contributed to Al Ain's second goal, scored by player Giakoumakis in the 63rd minute, leading his team to secure three new points.
With this result, Al Ain raised their tally to 9 points, achieving full marks after winning the first three rounds of the UAE Pro League, tying with Shabab Al Ahli in first place and Al Jazira in second.
