Moroccan player Ashraf Bencharki, a member of Al-Ahly's first football team, scored the first goal for the Red Devils against ZED in their match within the Egyptian Premier League.

Al-Ahly leads ZED by one goal without reply in the match held as part of the second round of the Egyptian Premier League "Ora League" at Cairo International Stadium.

Ashraf Bencharki's goal came in the 21st minute of the match, after ZED attempted to clear the ball, only for Marwan Attia to intercept it and pass to the Moroccan winger, who received the ball inside the penalty area and brilliantly shot it past Ali Lotfi into the net.

Al-Ahly's lineup against ZED included: Mostafa Shobeir, Mohamed Hany, Hady Riad, Amr El-Gazar, Ahmed Nabil Koka, Marwan Attia, Ali Mahmoud, Taher Mohamed Taher, Ashraf Bencharki, Ahmed Sayed Zizo, and Monsef Dekar.

The match is officiated by a refereeing team led by Mohamed Maarouf as the main referee, assisted by Mohamed Atef El-Zanary as the first assistant referee and Ahmed Abdullah as the second assistant referee, while Emad El-Akkad serves as the fourth official. Hussam Ezzab is the Video Assistant Referee (VAR), assisted by Hany Khairy as the VAR assistant referee.
