FIFA has announced a new sanction against Zamalek's first football team, imposing a fresh registration ban.
According to FIFA's website, the number of cases filed against Zamalek has now reached four.
A confidential source told Batootat that the registration ban was issued due to an unpaid installment owed to the Ukrainian club Oleksandria in the deal for Juan Becerra , amounting to 200,000 euros.
The source indicated that the new registration ban lasts for two transfer windows and will be lifted upon payment.
Zamalek had successfully resolved all cases related to its African licensing file with FIFA several weeks ago, after settling all outstanding dues required to meet the licensing conditions.
