The head coach spoke about the importance of the upcoming match and emphasized the necessity of securing a victory to compensate for the draw against Alexandria United in the first round.
He urged the players to maintain focus and exert maximum effort during training sessions, affirming his confidence in the team's ability to deliver an improved performance in the next match.
The technical staff dedicated a special physical conditioning segment for the players during today's Monday training. Portuguese fitness coach Nuno Costa Ribeiro supervised this physical session, which began with running laps around the field, followed by some light ball drills.
Afterward, the players participated in a technical segment. The coaching staff divided the players into groups to conduct tactical drills, with Motamed Gamal and his assistants closely guiding the players throughout this session.
Zamalek concluded today's training with a small-sided technical scrimmage to implement what was practiced during the tactical segment, as part of their preparations for the upcoming league match.
