The first football team of Al Ahly Club continues to arrange its ranks in preparation for the new season "2026-2027".
Al Ahly looks forward to erasing the disastrous season that disappointed its fans after losing all the tournaments and only emerging with the local Super Cup.
Al Ahly has begun correcting the team's situation by making changes to the players' roster.
Seven players have left Al Ahly so far, some of whom ended their loan spells such as Kamwish, Marwan Othman, and Ahmed Ramadan, while others left on a free transfer, represented by the Malian Aliou Dieng.
The most prominent surprise among the departures was the termination of the contractual relationship with Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet after one season spent inside the Red Castle following a ten-year professional career abroad.
Hamza Abdel Karim left permanently for Barcelona after the Catalan club activated the purchase clause.
The correction process did not stop there; Al Ahly has so far concluded three new deals and renewed contracts for the duo Hussein El Shahat and Taher Mohamed Taher.
There are certainly more deals to come, in addition to players whose futures will be decided soon, such as Ashraf Dari, Reda Selim, Gradishar, and Kristo.
Regarding preparations for the new season, Al Ahly will play two friendly matches against Al-Nasr and Lavinia on 23 and 30 July.
There is also an agreement to play a match against Barcelona at the "Camp Nou" in the Joan Gamper Cup, but everyone is still awaiting the official announcement.
