New crisis in Zamalek.. Former player threatens the management and refuses all amicable solutions

Via Btolat

Media personality Ahmed Shoubir revealed new behind-the-scenes details regarding a crisis over dues owed to a former player at Zamalek club, and the truth behind his threat to file a complaint against the White Castle once again.

Shoubir said in statements on his radio program: "The crisis of Salah Mosadak is all related to 400 thousand dollars. The player has dues at Zamalek club estimated at 800 thousand dollars, and this is a grave administrative error. The player had dues amounting to a very (trivial) sum, but the administration's stubbornness and failure to pay the player's dues led the club to incur a financial penalty in his favor estimated at 800 thousand dollars, and this was part of the disciplinary suspension imposed on the club".

He continued: "The two parties reached a payment schedule, and 400 thousand dollars were paid to the player, with another 400 due on the first of August. However, Zamalek did not pay the second installment and the crisis erupted. They contacted the player amicably and asked him to wait a period for paying the second installment, but the player refused and demanded his full dues, stressing that if he does not receive his dues he will return to filing a complaint against the club again".

He stressed: "It has become obligatory for Zamalek to pay the amount to Salah Mosadak. The administration had previously tried to test the waters and requested a postponement of the payment, and they were waiting for the player to agree, but in the end he is not the son of Mit Okba; he is a professional player who participated with the team for a period, then his level declined and he no longer participates. Another offer came to him, the regulations were in his favor, and then he left the club".

He concluded: "There is nothing now called son of Mit Okba or son of the island; he is a professional player, and his capital is the period of playing football, and this is normal in football. The player demanded the money or else he would complain against the club, and the administration responded and promised him to pay the rest of the amount".
