French club Nantes imposed a financial penalty on Egyptian professional Mostafa Mohamed in its ranks due to his failure to attend collective training at the beginning of the preparation period for the new season.

Der Zakarian concluded his statements, "But he is the one who made this decision, and we will see what happens when he returns."
French newspaper "L'Equipe" mentioned that Mostafa Mohamed was supposed to join his team's training on June 24 last.
But he did not join the training and was absent for a full week, so Nantes decided to fine him for every day he is absent from the team.
Nantes was relegated to the French second division, after finishing in 17th place, second to last in the past season.
Mostafa Mohamed's contract ends at the end of next season.
