The Algerian Monsef Beqdar, the new Al Ahly club player, confirmed that he is very excited to start his journey with the Red Castle after joining the Spain camp.
Monsef Beqdar had joined Al Ahly's camp yesterday, Sunday, currently held in Spain, in preparation for the new season, where he will play two friendly matches against Badalona and Barcelona.
Monsef Beqdar said during statements via the official Al Ahly club website: "I am very happy to be in the team's preparation camp currently held in Spain, in preparation for the new season. I have great enthusiasm to start training and work with all strength to present the best I have with the team.
He added: "I extend greetings to Al Ahly fans, and I hope the new season will be a successful one full of achievements for all of us. I am very excited to join the training sessions".
Al Ahly is scheduled to meet Badalona on August 12 at 7 PM Cairo time, and then face Spanish Barcelona on August 19 in the Joan Gamper Cup friendly tournament organized by the Catalan team every year.
