The newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" spoke today about the Egyptian national team star, Hamza Abdel Karim, and his situation with Barcelona club during the preparation period in preparation for the next season 2026/2027.

It explained that Flick is closely monitoring Hamza Abdel Karim's situation, along with Oscar Gistau, in anticipation of one of them being with Barcelona's first team next season, alongside Ferran Torres.
The newspaper added that although Barcelona's academy has not previously produced distinguished strikers, it always graduates creative midfielders.
Hamza Abdel Karim, along with his Barcelona teammates, is preparing for a friendly match against Birmingham City next Saturday, July 31, which is the first match for the Blaugrana in the England camp.
