Mokoena told On Sport: "I don't know when was the last time Pyramids defeated Al-Masry. I am proud of the players and the great stars in the team."
He added, "Ahmed El-Shenawy is an amazing goalkeeper who made no mistakes."
He continued, "Ahmed Samy and Mahmoud Marei are the best defensive duo in the entire Egyptian League; they excel in ground play. I don't understand why this pair hasn't been called up to the Egyptian national team."
He clarified, "Mohamed El Shebib is one of the best players in the league, and in the match against Al-Masry, he showed why he is the best."
He concluded his remarks by saying, "Mohannad Lashin is a wonderful player; if he were younger, he would be playing for Real Madrid right now."
