Mohamed Wahba, the former technical director of the Egypt national team born in 2006, confirmed that he has not yet contacted the Football Association officials regarding taking over the training of the Olympic team.
Rumors have circulated in the past few hours that Mohamed Wahba has been nominated to lead the Olympic team, especially after the exclusion of Moatamed Gamal for continuing his technical leadership of the first football team at Zamalek Club.
Wahba explained in his statements to Yalla Koura that training the Olympic team is certainly an honor for any coach, given the strong competition to qualify for the Olympics.
The former technical director of the Egypt national team born in 2006 welcomed the idea of assuming responsibility if offered to him, noting that at that time there would be a meeting to coordinate regarding the next stage.
